Please note: Orders placed after 12PM EST may be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, slight delays may occur.

Insured Shipping

All PRIVILEGE orders are carefully packaged and shipped with care. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@privilegestores.com and we will make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale items, intimates, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • How to Start a Return: Email us at support@privilegestores.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange! Just note your preferred item in your return email and we'll reserve it for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed. Please email us immediately at support@privilegestores.com.

My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping label is created. If there's no movement after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate.

What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize! Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item received and your order number. We'll send the correct item right away.

Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
