All PRIVILEGE orders are carefully packaged and shipped with care. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@privilegestores.com and we will make it right.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be changed. Please email us immediately at support@privilegestores.com.
My tracking hasn't updated — what do I do?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping label is created. If there's no movement after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate.
What if I received the wrong item?
We sincerely apologize! Email us within 48 hours with a photo of the item received and your order number. We'll send the correct item right away.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Our styles are designed to fit true to size with a flattering, feminine cut. For structured or bandage styles, we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. Each product page includes a detailed size guide — always check measurements before ordering for the best fit.
